Chef's Gallery


Fresh..
Itu rasanya kalo makan mie-nya..
Mie-nya buatan sendiri..
Langsung di tempat..
Dan bisa diliat oleh pengunjung..

Foto Atas :
Traditional Dan Dan noodles in a rich and spicy broth
with finely minced dried prawns, peanuts and pork ribs.
- Rich tapi ngga neg pastinya!! -

Yang Bawah :
Tataki wagyu beef with a Sichuan Style spicy dressing.
- Fresh, dibilang spicy juga ngga, tapi seger dengan adanya dressing. -


Kiri Atas :
Shredded Peking duck with cucumber and hoisin sauce rolled inside a fluffy Chines roti.
- Enak banget.. Manis, Crunchy dan Legit -

Kanan Atas :
Wok fried medium grain rice with shredded pork and lettuce.
- Beautiful.. Enak!! -

Kiri Bawah :
Sweet and tangy diced chilli chicken noodles.
- Seger, asem-asem manis! -

Kanan Bawah :
Fried mini bread rolls with condensed milk.
- A MUST!!!! -


Kiri Atas :
Prawn and Pork wonton noodles in a Shanghainese style spicy sauce.
- Mie-nya udah enak.. jadinya jadi enak semuaaaa... -

Kanan Atas :
Chef's own handmade egg and spinach tofu lightly pan fried,
topped with preserved vegetables.
- HARUS COBA! Enak banget! Tofunya lembut! -

Bawah :
Roast Duck deboned with lychees and a mint and chilli plum sauce.
- Gw bukan penggemar bebek, tapi bebek ini rasanya unik,
di tambah lagi dengan tambahan lychee! PAS! -


Kiri Atas :
Noodles with shitake mushrooms and golden fried shallots in premium 
soya sauce served room temperature.
-Ini Mie.. Modelnya plain banget! Tapi rasanya enak banget! My FAVE! -

Kanan Atas :
Hot and sour soup with prawns, pork, silken tofu and black fungus.
- Terus terang gw bukan penggemar Hot and Sour Soup.. Not bad! -
