Tahun Baru selalu punya Visi Misi baru ataupun Visi Misi lanjutan dari Tahun lalu yang belum 'sempat' dikerjain or dituntaskan.
Akhir December - Awal January, kami sekeluarga menikmati indahnya kebersamaan dan indahnya ciptaan Tuhan di sepanjang Sydney- Bega - Eden - Lakes Entrance - Melbourne - Albury - Canberra - Sydney.

PEACH - WATERMELON - APPLE SAUCE - SPINACH

Peaches have vitamins A and C, tiber and minerals, such as Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium and Phosphorus.

Watermelon is one of the most alkalizing foods known to mankind. They are extremely high in water content, which helps hydrate the body cells. This makes watermelon a great food to consume after a strenuous workout.
Watermelon is also rich in electrolytes Sodium and Potassium that we lose through our perspiration.
Watermelon is FAT FREE but helps energy production. It protects against macular degeneration.
Apples are great source of soluble and insoluble finer. Soluble finer such as pectin helps prevent cholesterol buildup in the lining of blood vessel walls, which in turn reduces risk for heart disease and atherosclerosis. Phytonutrient in Apples can help you regulate your blood sugar.
Apples also contain Iron, Potassium, Folate, Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin A and Vitamin C. It is a good idea to eat apples with their skin as most of the Vitamin C content is located under the skin.
