Crunchy Cheese Stick

Crunchy Cheese Sticks is my Kaastengels :-)

Ingredients :

125 g     Margarine

2           Egg Yolks

25 g      Corn Flour

150 g    Flour

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

100 g   Edam Cheese

50 g    Cheddar Cheese

1 Egg Yolk 

(to brush over the Kaastengels)

Whisk Margarine and egg yolks till soft. Add Edam Cheese, mix.  Add Baking Powder, mix. Add Corn Flour, mix. Add flour, mix. 

Shape it as you want :-)
