Ayam Goreng Kalasan

Panas tak terkira hari ini,
padahal masih Spring.. Gimana Summer ini..
Biarpun panas, 
ngga membatalkan niat menggoreng ayam hari ini..


Bahan :

1 Ekor Ayam potong 10 
(kira-kira 1,5 kg)
Air
15 Bawang Putih
4 Lembar Daun Salam
3 cm Lengkuas
(potong 1/2 cm, memarkan)
Garam
Gula Merah
Minyak

Cara Membuat :

Rebus Ayam dalam Air + Bawang Putih + Daun Salam + Lengkuas
+ Garam + Gula Merah.
Masak sampai bumbu meresap dan Ayam matang.

Goreng Ayam dalam minyak panas hingga kecoklatan.

Indonesian (Kalasan) Fried Chicken

Ingredients :

1 Whole Chicken cut into 10 pieces
( about 1,5 kg)
Water
15 Garlics
4 Bay Leaves
3 cm Galangal
(slice 1/2 cm)
Salt
Palm Sugar
Cooking Oil 

Method :

Boil the chicken with all the ingredients except the Cooking Oil.
Boil it until the chicken fully cooked.

Deep fry the chicken until it turns brown.
