Strawberry-Watermelon-Carrot
Water Coconut-Lemon

Strawberry
Strawberries provide an excellent source of Vitamin C and K, Fiber, and Flavonoids.
They also offer a very good source of Vitamin B1, Iodine, Manganese 
and Pantothenic Acid. 
Strawberries are also a good source of Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, and Biotin.
Strawberries have been linked with numerous health 
benefits such as reducing Ocular Pressure and promoting Proper eyesight,
fighting against cancer, arthritis, gout, and high blood pressure.
regular consumtion of Strawberries has also been said to promote 
proper brain function.

Watermelon
Watermelon is loaded with powerful Antioxidants,
Vitamins A, C B1, B6, Potassium, magnesium,
and other minerals.
Watermelon is one of the most alkalizing foods known to mankind.
They are extremely high in water content, which helps
hydrate the body cells. This makes watermelon a great food to consume
after a strenuous workout.
Watermelon is also rich in electrolytes Sodium and potassium
that we lose through our perspiration.

Watermelon has a special cooling effect and is exceptionally high in citruline,
an Amino Acid taht our bodies use to make another Amino Acid,
Arginine, which is used in the urea cycle to remove
Ammonia from the body. Watermelon is fat free but helps energy production. 
It protects against macular degeneration.

Carrot
Carrot is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. 
It is also a good source of Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6,
Folate and Manganese, and a very good source of
Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C,
Vitamin K and Potassium.

Lemon
Lemons are jam-packed with Vitamin C, one of the most important 
Antioxidants in nature. Vitamin C travels through the body
neutralizing any free radicals with which it comes into contact with.
Free radicals can interact with the healthy cells of the body.,
damaging them and their membranes, and also cause a lot of inflammation,
or painful swelling, in the body.
Vitamin C has been shown to be helpful for reducing
some of the symptoms of Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Antioxidants fight free radicals and helps prevent cancer.
Lemons contain a variety of Phytochemicals. Hesperetin and
Naringenin are flavonoid glycosides commonly found in citrus fruits.
Naringenin is found to have a bio-active effect on human
health, as antioxidant, free radical scavenger,
Anti-inflammatory, and immune system modulator.
This substance has also been shown to reduce
oxidant injury to DNA in teh cells in-vitro studies.

In addition, lemons also contain healthy amount of minerals like Iron, Copper,
Potassium and Calcium. Potassium in an important component of cell and body fluids
helps control heart rate and blood pressure.
Vitamin C is also vital to the function of a strong immune system.
The Immune system's main goal is to protect you from illness, so a little
extra vitamin C may be useful in condition like colds, flu, and recurrent ear infections.
Research  has shown taht daily consumption of Vitain C is associated with a reduced risk
of death from all causes including heart disease, stroke and cancer.


Coconut Water
Coconut is an excellent source of Manganese, phosphorus, and Potassium.
Coconuts also contain Protein, Calcium, Niacin, Folate,
Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, etc.
Fresh, young coconut meat is noted for being a great source of
dietary fiber and thereby preventing constipation.
Coconut also helps to build muscle bulk, cure sore throats, relieve
stomach ulcers, help diabetes, kidney problems, and produce healthy,
radiant skin.

In addition, Coconut Water hydrates the body by replenishing electrolytes.
