Steamed Fish



Totally STUNNED by the result!!!!

Pernah nyobain Steamed Fish di 
dan kebetulan banget cuaca di Sydney belakangan kok men-dingin lagi..
Niat mantap! Keinginan makan pun banyak!

Mari kita coba!

Bahan :
4 Bassa Fillet
1 Lemon
2 Daun Bawang
3 cm Jahe (iris tipis)
Daun Ketumbar secukupnya

Saus-nya :
6 sdm Kikkoman, 2/3 cup Air Panas, Gula Secukupnya, 
dan Chinese Wine 2 sdt

Caranya :

Karena gw pake Bassa Fillet yang emang udah diiris tipis,
Jadinya ngga usah diapa-apain. Tapi kalo kalian pake Ikan Utuh..
Diiris model kupu-kupu biar agak tipis dan bumbu lebih menyerap.

Kukus Ikan + Perasan Lemon selama 30 menit.

Sambil nunggu, bikin saus-nya : Campur Air Panas + Kikkoman + Gula
dan Chines Wine panasin sampe mendidih, Angkat!

Kalo Ikannya udah matang,
Angkat ikan dan letakkan di piring  or mangkok.
BUANG SEMUA air yang tersisa di kukusan!

Siram Saus-nya!

Tabur Irisan Daun Bawang, Irisan Jahe, dan daun ketumbar
di atas Ikan.

Siap disantap!!

NIKMAT!!!!

TIPS :
Kukus nya di api yang sedang aja.
Masukkan Ikan di Kukusan saat air sudah mendidih.

RECIPE

Ingredients :
4 Bassa Fillet
1 Lemon
2 Spring Onion
3 cm Ginger (Thin Slice)
A few sprigs of fresh Coriander Leaves

Seasoning Sauce :
6 tbsp Kikkoman (Soy Sauce)
2/3 Cup Hot Water
2 tsp Chinese Wine
Sugar

Method :

If the fish is thick, make sure you cut a few strips on the meat or butterfly it.
Steam the fish with Lemon Juices for 30 minutes.

While steaming, prepare the seasoning sauce :
Mix Kikkoman + Hot Water + Sugar
Heat it for a while.

When the fish is cooked, take out the fish an put it into a plate.
POUR AWAY ALL the fish juices.

Pour the seasoning Sauce all over the fish.
Garnish with ginger strips, lots of spring onions and Coriander.

ENJOY!!!!

TIPS :
Steam at medium high heat.
Put in the fish only after the water start boiling.
