RESEP/RECIPE : Tuna Tumis Santan


Ingredients :

2 Canned Tuna in Sunflower Oil
200 ml Coconut Milk
Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 Lemon Grass
Lots of Lemon Basil
Half of Lemon
Oil


Spicy Paste :

2 French Shallot
5 Garlic
1 cm Ginger
6 Candlenuts
1/2 tsp Belacan
3 Chillies
1 tsp Ground Coriander

Spicy Paste


Method :


Stir fry the Spicy Paste with 1tbsp of Oil until fragrant.
Put in Kaffir Lime Leaves and Lemon Grass and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Put in Canned Tuna (without the Sunflower Oil) and mix it.
Squeeze in Lemon Juice :-)


Pour in Coconut Milk and mix.
Stir it until the texture a bit dry and put in Lemon Basil !

Ready to serve!

If you want it to be spicy.. add more chillies!

ENJOY!
