GRAPES
Grapes are a great source of Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C6. 
Phytonutrients called polyphenols. Flavonoids, Phenolic Acids, and Resveratrol.
These compaunds appear decrease the risk of heart decease.
Red Grape skins and seeds contain recently isolated compounds called Procyanidin B dimers that has shown ability to reduce the size of Estrogen-dependent Breast Cancer Tumors.

Grapes have many health benefits. 
Among those benefits are increased moisture in the lungs
and subduing of Asthma, acne and other skin related problems, 
cleanse liver and kidneys, and they even help fight night blindness.

BLUEBERRIES
According to the USDA Human Nutritional Center, 
Blueberries rank No. 1 in antioxidant benefits compared 
to 40 other fruits and vegetables.
Antioxidants help neutralize harmful 'Free Radicals"
that can lead to cancer and other age-related disease.
The total antioxidant capacity of Blueberries is twice that of Spinach and 
three times that of oranges.
This extraordinary fruit is also rich in pectin, a soluble finer that has been shown
in several research studies to be effective in lowering Cholesterol.

In addition, Blueberries have also been shown to be beneficial for diabetics
as they are a low glycemic food that helps slow down the absorption  
of sugars in the bloodstream.

SPINACH
Spinach is extremely rich in antioxidants, Vitamin A (and especially high in lutein,
which makes spinach beneficial for weak eyes), Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K,
Magnesium, Manganese, Folate (vital constituent of cells), Betaine, Iron, Vitamin B2,
Calcium, Potassium, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Copper, Protein, Phosphorus, Zinc
Niacin, Selenium and Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
Due to substance like choline and inositol, which are present in significant amounts,
spinach helps the blood arteries remain healthy.
