Simple Baked Salmon with Dill and Lemon


"Fish for dinner Girls?"
"YES please!"
"Which one do you want? Tuna, Basa, Barrumundi or Salmon?"
"ANYTHING!"
"Bake? Grill? or... Fry?"
"ANYTHING"

Ha!

Penggemar ikan semua kitaaaa..

AMBONESE!

Resep ini bukan resep Ambon,
Ini resep racikan sendiri berdasarkan isi kulkas malam ini :-)

Ingredients :

2 Tasmanian Salmon Fillett
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Half Lemon
Half bunch of Dill
Salt
Black Pepper

Methods :

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C. 

Place salmon in the baking dish. Mix Olive Oil and Lemon Juice in a small bowl, and drizzle over the Salmon. Season with Salt, Black Pepper, and Dill

Bake 30-40 minutes in the pre-heated oven.



Bisa dinikmati dengan Steam Vege ataupun dengan Nasi Panas.
